Moringa Experience

This is my personal experience while using Moringa. I started using Moringa 3 years ago and i must say i have seen a tremendous change in my lifestyle. I sleep well and wake up feeling very energetic, my immunity is higher than i have ever experience. Feels so good not to feel unwell.

In the morning, my family and i use Moringa powder in our tea - we no longer use tea leaves or cocoa. Just plain Moringa and sugar. We discovered that it is so sweet using it alone. In the course of the day whatever we eat or drink, we add 1 teaspoon of Moringa. We also use detox in water, this assists in cleansing our inner selves i.e our organs to work as they should, our blood stream, help in digestion, remove the toxics and general well being of our bodies. This is used throughout the day. My kids at 4 o'clock take porridge and ofcourse, a teasoon of Moringa is included. For supper the same thing applies..unfortunately this makes me fight with the kids as the are still very energetic and do not want to sleep but as soon as they are in bed they do not last 5 minutes before they are deeply asleep. Moringa helps them sleep well and waking up is no problem at all as they have enough sleep each night.

Am grateful as i no longer have to worry about my kids being attacked by colds and aches like other children. They never miss school on account of sickness, glory to God!
